Seller’s Knowledge definition

Seller’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Seller’s Knowledge means, with respect to any particular fact, the actual knowledge of any of Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, in each case after reasonable investigation.

Seller’s Knowledge or a similar phrase means, with respect to any matter, the actual knowledge of the members, officers or managers of Seller or the Principal Owners, or facts regarding such matter which reasonably should have been known by such persons after making a diligent inquiry with respect to such matter;
