Security Incident(s) definition

Security Incident(s) means the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data Processed by Ironclad.
Security Incident(s) has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 164.304, as amended from time to time, and generally means the attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with systems operations in an information system.
Security Incident(s) means the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Company Personal Data attributable to ZEBEDEE.

Examples of Security Incident(s) in a sentence

  • Business Associate shall provide Covered Entity upon written request a Report that: (a) identifies the categories of Unsuccessful Security Incidents; (b) indicates whether Business Associate believes its current defensive security measures are adequate to address all Unsuccessful Security Incidents, given the scope and nature of such attempts; and (c) if the security measures are not adequate, the measures Business Associate will implement to address the security inadequacies.

  • The agreements shall require such Subcontractors and agents to report to Business Associate any use or disclosure of PHI not provided for by this Agreement, including Security Incidents and Breaches of Unsecured Protected Health Information, on the first day such Subcontractor or agent knows or should have known of the Breach as required by 45 C.F.R. 164.410.

  • Security Incidents Contractor shall address any Security Incidents in the manner prescribed in ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy), including the New York State Cyber Incident Reporting Procedures incorporated therein or in such successor policy.

More Definitions of Security Incident(s)

Security Incident(s) means: (i) the loss or misuse of Authority Data; (ii) the inadvertent, unauthorized, or unlawful processing, alteration, corruption, sale, rental, or destruction of Authority Data; (iii) unauthorized access to internal resources; (iv) programmatic manipulation of a system or network to attack a third party; (v) elevation of system privileges without authorization; (vi) unauthorized use of system resources; (vii) denial of service to a system or network; or (viii) any potential or confirmed exposure (which may stem from an act or omission to act) that would result in any of the events described in (i) through (viii).
Security Incident(s) means the unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Customer Personal Data.
Security Incident(s) is defined in Section 4.22(b).
Security Incident(s) means the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data attributable to Talos.
Security Incident(s) means an actual unauthorized disclosure, or reasonable belief that there has been an unauthorized disclosure, by Oracle of Customer Data containing unencrypted information to any unauthorized person or entity.
Security Incident(s). Each party shall report to the other all known or suspected Security Incidents. “Security Incident” means any unauthorized action by a known or unknown person which, if successfully completed, should reasonably be considered one of the following: an attack, penetration, denial of service, disclosure of Confidential Information, Highly Confidential Information, or other sensitive information, misuse of system access, unauthorized access or intrusion (hacking), virus intrusion, scan of systems or networks, or any other activity that could affect either of the party’s systems or data, or the security, confidentiality or integrity of the data received, stored, processed, or maintained. “Security Incident” shall also include any contact by a law enforcement agency regarding any data. For purposes hereof, “the Parties” shall include any of their employees, agents, contractors or third parties including, without limitation, any vendors used by them that have access (either authorized or unauthorized) to the data. Data Receiver shall report to Data Provider within 48 hours of Data Receiver becoming aware of any use or disclosure of the Confidential and/or Highly Confidential Information in violation of this agreement or applicable law. Data Receiver shall also be responsible for contacting any parties, including students and parents (if applicable) who may have been affected by the Security Incident.
Security Incident(s) means any actual security breaches or unauthorized use, access or intrusions, of any IT Asset, any information stored, processed or contained therein or transmitted thereby, including personal data, or any other personal, sensitive, or confidential information or data processed, used, collected, maintained, or stored by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or any loss, destruction, compromise, or unauthorized disclosure or access thereof).
