Data Security Incident means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Agreement Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed;

Examples of Data Security Incident in a sentence

  • SimioCloud shall cooperate with Client in all reasonable and lawful efforts to investigate and respond to the Data Security Incident, including providing such information and assistance as required to enable Client to satisfy Client’s obligation under Privacy Laws.
