Governmental Bodies definition

Governmental Bodies means any government, municipality or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, instrumentality or public body, or any court, arbitrator, administrative tribunal or public utility.

Governmental Bodies shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 12.10 of the Design Services Agreement.
