Regulatory Authorities definition

Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Regulatory Authorities means, collectively, the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Department of Justice, the Board of the Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of Thrift Supervision (including its predecessor, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, all state regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries, the NASD and the SEC.
Regulatory Authorities means all organized trading facilities on which the Shares are listed, and all securities commissions or similar securities regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the Company, this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder.

Regulatory Authorities has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(i).

Regulatory Authorities means, collectively, the SEC, the NYSE, the NASD, the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Department of Justice, and all other federal, state, county, local or other governmental or regulatory agencies, authorities (including self-regulatory authorities), instrumentalities, commissions, boards or bodies having jurisdiction over the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries.
Regulatory Authorities means, collectively, the SEC, the NASDAQ Stock Market, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks, the North Carolina Banking Commission, the South Carolina Board of Financial Institutions, the FDIC, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Reserve and all other federal, state, county, local or other Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over a Party or its Subsidiaries.
Regulatory Authorities means the FDA and any other like governmental authorities, whether federal, provincial, state or municipal, regulating the manufacture, importation, distribution, marketing, clinical testing and/or sale of therapeutic substances in the Territory.
