Professional Liability Coverage Sample Clauses

Professional Liability Coverage. Consultant shall maintain professional errors and omissions liability insurance for protection against claims alleging negligent acts, errors or omissions which may arise from Consultant or by its employees, or subcontractors. The amount of this insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) on a claims-made annual aggregate basis, or a combined single-limit per occurrence basis.

Professional Liability Coverage. The Tahlequah Board of Education shall provide Professional Liability Coverage up to $500,000.00 while performing one's duties.

When coverage is provided on a “claims made basis,” CONSULTANT will continue to renew the insurance for a period of three (3) years after this Agreement expires or is terminated. Such insurance will have the same coverage and limits as the policy that was in effect during the term of this Agreement, and will cover CONSULTANT for all claims made by CITY arising out of any errors or omissions of CONSULTANT, or its officers, employees or agents during the time this Agreement was in effect.

Professional Liability Coverage. The following minimum limit of insurance shall be required: $1,000,000 Per Occurrence/Per Claim (maximum Self Insured Retention - $50,000)

Professional Liability Coverage. (1) MCO must maintain, or cause its Network Providers to maintain, Professional Liability Insurance for each Network Provider of $100,000.00 per occurrence and $300,000.00 in the aggregate, or the limits required by the hospital at which the Network Provider has admitting privileges. (2) MCO must maintain an Excess Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) Insurance Policy for the greater of $3,000,000.00 or an amount (rounded to the nearest $100,000.00) that represents the number of Members enrolled in the MCO in the first month of the applicable State Fiscal Year multiplied by $150.00, not to exceed $10,000,000.00.

Professional Liability Coverage a) Membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) or an equivalent shall be a requirement for each Resident Physician. b) In the event that CMPA coverage is not available due to the Resident Physician taking an assignment outside of Canada or any other reason, the Resident Physician is required to provide AHS and the Faculty with proof of alternative equivalent coverage. c) AHS shall reimburse each Resident Physician in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per year as partial reimbursement for the CMPA membership dues.

(2) HMO must maintain an Umbrella Professional Liability Insurance Policy for the greater of $3,000,000.00 or an amount (rounded to the nearest $100,000.00) that represents the number of Members enrolled in the HMO in the first month of the applicable State Fiscal Year multiplied by $150.00, not to exceed $10,000,000.00.

Professional Liability Coverage. The CONSORTIUM agrees to provide professional and general liability coverage for the authorized activities of Resident under this AGREEMENT. It is specifically understood and agreed that this coverage SHALL NOT APPLY to any unauthorized activity. The professional and general liability coverage is an occurrence plan, thus eliminating the need for "tail coverage". Coverage includes protection against awards from claims reported or filed after completion of the program if the alleged actions are within the scope of the residency program.

Professional Liability Coverage. The Hospital shall provide GSM with adequate professional liability insurance that shall cover GSM while rendering professional services within the scope of his/her employment and appointment pursuant to this Agreement.
