Your Premises definition

Your Premises means the place where the Service is or will be provided.

Your Premises means the Access Site and any other premises occupied by you or your end user, to which we may require access in order to install, maintain or remove Equipment or the Service.

We will pay reasonable expenses You incur towards removal of debris of any Insured Property from Your Premises, and dismantling, demolishing, shoring up or propping up of Insured Building or Machinery.
You must allow and give full cooperation for the survey/investigation of Your claim by Us. You must allow Us, and any surveyor, officer or other representative that We authorise, to enter Your Premises, inspect it, take photographs and where required, permit the scientific testing and investigation of any insured article affected by the insured peril, You must answer all questions asked regarding Your claim truthfully and completely, and submit all documents that We will require.

Provided that this Specific Exclusion 4(a) shall not apply to Loss of Money or property then being conveyed by such Employee outside Your Premises.

Your Premises means the premises, facilities, equipment, appliances and other property in respect of which the natural gas offaken at your Offtake Point is used, or is to be used.

Your Premises means the premises identified in the Booking Form at which the venue for the Event (where We are to provide the Services) is situated being any premises which You arrange to make available for the Event.
