Upon completion of the Project or termination of this Agreement, the Engineer shall be obligated forthwith to deliver to the Owner all maps, tracings, and drawings of the Project and all letters, documents, and other material including, all records pertaining thereto. Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.

Upon completion of the Project. A. B. The improvement(s) shall be a part of the State Highway System and owned and maintained by the Department.
Upon completion of the Project the DESIGNER shall revise the Drawings to conform to the Project as finally constructed, and shall deliver to the OWNER reproducible record drawings along with an electronic data base containing record drawing data in accordance with The Town of Xxxx CAD Guidelines.

THIS PERMIT IS ONLY GOOD FOR 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF APPROVAL, AFTER 10 DAYS A NEW PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. Completion Date . Upon completion of the Project. A. C. The Municipality, at no expense to the Department, shall assume all maintenance responsibilities for the betterments and release the Department from all liability relating to such maintenance.
Upon completion of the Project. The Grantee shall submit one (1) copy of a draft final report not later than 12/31/2009 for review and comment. Within 30 days of receipt of the draft report, the Project Manager shall submit his final comments to the Grantee. The Grantee shall submit two (2) hard copies of a final written report and one (1) electronic, Microsoft Word compatible, copy on a CD. The report shall not be considered final until approved and accepted by the grant manager. The report shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following information: • Grant number; • Project name; • Geographic area (e.g., watershed name);
Upon completion of the Project the City shall have a licensed professional engineer employed by the City attest in an email to the KDOT Area Engineer and the Project Manager for KDOT’s Bureau of Local Projects, that the Project was completed in substantial compliance with the final design plans and specifications.
Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.
Article 5.1. The Recipient agrees that during the Term it will (a) operate the Project in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local environmental laws and regulations in effect during such period, and (b) keep the Project including all appurtenances thereto and the equipment and machinery therein in good repair and good operating condition at its own cost so that the completed Project will continue to operate with substantially the same or greater efficiency as when first constructed.
Article 5.2. The Recipient shall commence operation of the Project immediately upon the completion of the construction thereof and shall not discontinue operation of the Project without the prior approval of the OPWC. The Recipient shall permit the OPWC and its agents to have access to the records of the Recipient pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the Project at any reasonable time following completion of construction of the Project.
