Third Parties definition

Third Parties means all lessees, sublessees, licensees and other users of the Properties, excluding those users of the Properties in the ordinary course of the Borrower's business and on a temporary basis.

Examples of Third Parties in a sentence

  • Third-party rights A person who is not a Party to this Deed of Guarantee will have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Deed of Guarantee.
