We will give you thirty (30) days written notice of any amendment unless it is made for the purpose of satisfying a requirement imposed by the Tax Laws.
However, it will be your responsibility to determine whether any Contribution or investment is or remains a “qualified investment” for RRSPs pursuant to the Tax Laws.
We may from time to time amend this Declaration with the approval, if required, of the applicable taxation authorities as long as the amendment will not disqualify the Fund as a RRIF under the Tax Laws.
