Burial right means a right of earth interment.
Patent Right means: (a) an issued or granted patent, including any extension, supplemental protection certificate, registration, confirmation, reissue, reexamination, extension or restoration by existing or future extension or restoration mechanisms (including, without limitation, supplementary protection certificates or the equivalent thereof), or renewal thereof; (b) a pending patent application, including any continuation, divisional, continuation-in-part, substitute or provisional application thereof; and (c) all counterparts or foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing issued by or filed in any country or other jurisdiction.
Performance Right means a right to acquire a Share subject to the satisfaction of applicable vesting conditions.
Approved school means a school approved and authorized
First Refusal Right means the right granted to the Corporation in accordance with Article E.
License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
Transferring Party has the meaning given such term in Section 5.2(b).
Stock Right means an Award under Article VI of the Plan. A Stock Right may be either a Stock Appreciation Right or a Limited Stock Appreciation Right.
Third Party Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by parties other than Grantee or Agency.
Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Water right means a legal authorization, such as a permit, claim, or other authorization, on record with or accepted by the department of ecology, authorizing the beneficial use of water in accordance with all applicable state laws.
Third Party means a provider of digital educational software or services, including cloud- based services, for the digital storage, management, and retrieval of Education Records and/or Student Data, as that term is used in some state statutes. However, for the purpose of this DPA, the term “Third Party” when used to indicate the provider of digital educational software or services is replaced by the term “Provider.”
Transferable development right means a right to develop and use land that
Moral Rights means any rights to claim authorship of a work of authorship, to object to or prevent the modification of any such work of authorship, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of any such work of authorship.
Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.
Substantial and Compelling Reason in the Public Interest means a reason that is justified by an important, specific, and articulated public interest goal that is within ICANN's mission and consistent with a balanced application of ICANN's core values as defined in ICANN's Bylaws.
Third Party Infringement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Put Right has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(a).
Secondary Refusal Right means the right, but not an obligation, of each Investor to purchase up to its pro rata portion (based upon the total number of shares of Capital Stock then held by all Investors) of any Transfer Stock not purchased pursuant to the Right of First Refusal, on the terms and conditions specified in the Proposed Transfer Notice.
Intellectual Property Right means any trademark, service xxxx, trade name, copyright, patent, software license, other database, invention, trade secret, know-how (including any registrations or applications for registration of any of the foregoing) or any other similar type of proprietary intellectual property right.
Transferring applicant means a person transferring from another health insurer.
Capacity Transfer Right means a right, allocated to LSEs serving load in a Locational Deliverability Area, to receive payments, based on the transmission import capability into such Locational Deliverability Area, that offset, in whole or in part, the charges attributable to the Locational Price Adder, if any, included in the Zonal Capacity Price calculated for a Locational Delivery Area.
Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.
Third Party Infringement Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7.1.
land tenure right means an old order right or a new order right as defined in section 1 of the Communal Land Rights Act, 2004 (Act No.11 of 2004);
Approved Transferee means (a) a “qualified institutional buyer” (“QIB”) as defined in Rule 144A promulgated under the Securities Act that is a financial institution or commercial bank having capital and surplus of $5,000,000,000 or more, (b) an affiliate of the Funding Lender, or (c) a trust or custodial arrangement established by the Funding Lender or one of its affiliates the beneficial interests in which will be owned only by QIBs.
