Security Interests definition

Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral granted hereunder securing the Secured Obligations.
Security Interests means the security interests granted pursuant to Section 2, as well as all other security interests created or assigned as additional security for the Secured Obligations pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral created hereby.

Examples of Security Interests in a sentence

  • If, during the continuance of an Event of Default, TRSCo receives any Distributions, TRSCo shall accept the same as Xxxxxx’s agent and hold the same in trust on behalf of and for the benefit of Lender and shall promptly deliver the same forthwith to Lender for application in accordance with the Loan Documents, together with appropriate forms of assignment, UCC financing statements, and other appropriate instruments, if necessary, indicating the Security Interests of Lender in and to such Distribution.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Debtor shall pay all fees, taxes and other amounts necessary to maintain the Collateral and the Security Interests hereunder, and each Debtor shall obtain and furnish to the Agent from time to time, upon demand, such releases and/or subordinations of claims and liens which may be required to maintain the priority of the Security Interests hereunder.

More Definitions of Security Interests

Security Interests means all security interests registered on the PPSR over Included Chattels and Improvements;
Security Interests means the security interests granted or expressed to be granted in the Collateral pursuant to the Security Trust Agreement.
Security Interests have the meanings specified therefor in Section 2.
