Secured Notes definition

Secured Notes. The Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes.
Secured Notes means those 7.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Secured Notes Indenture.
Secured Notes means the senior secured notes issued under the Secured Notes Indenture.
