In an attempt to resolve the dispute a meeting shall be held with the Secretary-Treasurer or designate and the Union within seven (7) working days of receipt of the written grievance.
The Secretary-Treasurer or their designate shall render the Employer’s written decision within ten (10) working days.
Deductions shall be made from the payroll of each month and shall be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the tenth (10th) day of the month following, accompanied by a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made.
