Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in FortisAlberta’s records through the procedures outlined in the Terms and Conditions, and thereby recognized by FortisAlberta and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;
Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.
Lot of record means any lot, the description of which is properly recorded with the Register of Deeds, which at the time of its recordation complied with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Teacher of record means a teacher who meets all of the following:
Architect of Record means the architect licensed by the State who has the contract responsibility for the Project, who designs and prepares the construction documents from which the building is constructed, and who signs the required documents.
Point(s) of Receipt means point(s) of interconnection on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy will be made available to the Transmission Provider by the Delivering Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Receipt shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service. “Point-To-Point Transmission Service shall mean the reservation and transmission of capacity and energy on either a firm or non-firm basis from the Point(s) of Receipt to the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II.
Address of record means the designated address recorded
Version of Record is defined as the final version of the Contribution as originally published, and as may be subsequently amended following publication in a contractually compliant manner, by or on behalf of the Publisher.
Owner of record The meaning set forth in the System Description.
Postpartum recovery means (a) the entire period a woman or youth is in the hospital, birthing center, or clinic after giving birth and (b) an additional time period, if any, a treating physician determines is necessary for healing after the youth leaves the hospital, birthing center, or clinic;
Derivative Provider Trigger Event means (i) an Event of Default with respect to which Party A is a Defaulting Party, (ii) a Termination Event with respect to which Party A is the sole Affected Party or (iii) an Additional Termination Event with respect to which Party A is the sole Affected Party.
Subsequent Recovery Any amount recovered by a Servicer or the Master Servicer with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan with respect to which a Realized Loss was incurred after the liquidation or disposition of such Mortgage Loan.
S&P Recovery Rate With respect to a Collateral Obligation, the recovery rate set forth in Section 1 of Schedule 4 using the Initial Rating of the most senior Class of Secured Notes Outstanding at the time of determination.
Net Recovery Any proceeds received by a Servicer on a delinquent or Charged Off Loan (including any Liquidation Proceeds received on a Charged Off Loan), net of any Servicing Fee, Ancillary Income and any other related expenses.
Broker Dealer of Record means GWM Limited or any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as broker dealer of record in accordance with the terms of the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement.
Semi-Annual Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Non-PO Recovery As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the amount of all Recoveries received with respect to such Loan Group during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date less the PO Recovery with respect to such Loan Group for such Distribution Date.
If recorded means if the data is recorded in non-volatile memory for the purpose of subsequent downloading.
Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.
Valuation of Unpaid works shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 23.5;
Credit Support Default provisions of Section 5(a)(iii) will apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.
Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.
Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.
Subsequent Recoveries As to any Distribution Date, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan that resulted in a Realized Loss in a prior calendar month, unexpected amounts received by the Master Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.08) specifically related to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan.
Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.
Rights-of-Way means easements, licenses, rights-of-way, permits, servitudes, leasehold estates, instruments creating an interest in real property, and other similar real estate interests.
