The Reference Rate will be calculated on the Reference Rate Determination Date specified in the applicable Final Terms.
The Account Manager will, as soon as practicable after 12:15 p.m. (Oslo time) on each Reference Rate Determination Date in relation to an Interest Period, determine the Reference Rate and Rate of Interest for such Interest Period.
