The Group operates two Employee Share Ownership Trusts: the Stagecoach Group Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust (“QUEST”) and the Stagecoach Group Employee Benefit Trust (“EBT”).
Grantee accepts as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the applicable Administrator of the Plan upon any question arising under the Plan, this Agreement (including, without limitation, the date of any termination of Grantee’s employment with the Company and/or termination of Qualifying Employee status).
In addition, any benefit continuation or conversion rights to which a Qualifying Employee is entitled as of his or her Termination Date shall be made available to him or her.
In any other case, it must be paid over to the Qualifying Employee (subject to deduction of income tax under PAYE and NICs, as appropriate) as soon as practicable.
Any notice, request, election or other communication under this Plan shall be in writing and shall be considered given when delivered personally or mailed by first class mail properly addressed (which, in the case of a Qualifying Employee, shall include mailing to the last address provided to the Plan Administrator by such Qualifying Employee).
