Product Requirements definition

Product Requirements means a threshold level or another characteristic with which a product has to comply before it can be placed on the market or installed directly, including those requirements relating to labelling and instructions for use or other information to be provided;
Product Requirements means cGMPs, Baxter SOPs, the Product Specifications and the Master Batch Record.
Product Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

Examples of Product Requirements in a sentence

  • In the event of a Failed Batch or a Nonconforming Product that is not caused by a Provider Processing Default, Provider will, upon Senti’s request, promptly reperform the Services, using Senti Supplies and Provider-Supplied Materials provided at Senti’s cost, and deliver replacement Product conforming to the Product Requirements.

  • If Provider reasonably believes that a particular Product is not an Impacted Product of a first Product that has suffered a Supply Failure, and Provider is unable to Manufacture such particular Product in compliance with the Product Requirements due to the Root Cause for the Supply Failure of the first Product, then such particular Product shall be deemed an Impacted Product.

  • Subject to Section 9.3 (Engineering Batches), unless within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Batch Documentation and any other documentation required by the Quality Agreement for Provider to disposition the Product (the “Inspection Period”), Senti notifies Provider in writing (“Exception Notice”) that such Product does not comply with the Product Requirements (“Nonconforming Product”), then such Product will be deemed to have been accepted, except in the case of a Latent Defect.


More Definitions of Product Requirements

Product Requirements means a threshold level or another characteristic set out in Annex I Part C 1 and C 2, and specified in accordance with Article 5, with which a construction product has to comply before it can be placed on the market;
Product Requirements means all of the requirements referenced in Section 8.3 of this Agreement.
