Product Conditions definition

Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

Examples of Product Conditions in a sentence

In relation to each Security the relevant Holder shall pay all Expenses as provided in the Product Conditions.

The relevant Launch Announcement and Supplemental Listing Document in relation to the issue of any series of Warrants may specify additional terms and conditions which shall, to the extent so specified or to the extent they are inconsistent with these Product Conditions, replace or modify these Product Conditions for the purpose of such series of Warrants.
