Potential Purchaser definition

Potential Purchaser. Has the meaning, with respect to any Certificateholder, specified in Section 6.01(b).

Potential Purchaser means a person who has entered into a purchase agreement for land that is the subject of an application for a certificate or an assignment of a certificate.

At any time after the occurrence and during the continuation of a Triggering Event, each Certificateholder of Certificates of certain series (each, a “Potential Purchaser” and, collectively, the “Potential Purchasers”) will have certain rights to purchase the Certificates of one or more other series, all as set forth in the Trust Supplement applicable to the Certificates held by such Potential Purchaser.
Given the Potential Purchaser is a municipal government-owned enterprise, the management is prudently optimistic that the disposal will be materialised.
