Planning Process definition

Planning Process means the process set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement by which [**] and Digimarc will develop Program Work Plans, Statements of Work for Phases [**] and [**] Plans; “[**]” means the [**]; and
Planning Process means the process for the development of the Statements of Work and Roadmap as agreed to in writing between the CBCDG Project Office and Digimarc;
Planning Process means the Watershed Plan preparation under authority of RCW 90.82, the associated public involvement and education process, and activities provided for herein.

Examples of Planning Process in a sentence

  • If the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process cannot be completed in the two-year cycle, the ISO will notify stakeholders and provide an estimated completion date and an explanation of the reasons the additional time is required.

  • The Public Policy Transmission Planning Process will be conducted on a two-year cycle, unless requested by the NYPSC to be conducted out of that cycle.

  • At the start of each cycle for the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process, the ISO will provide a 60-day period, which time period may be extended by the ISO pursuant to Section 31.1.8.7, to allow any stakeholders or interested parties to submit to the ISO, or for the ISO on its own initiative to identify, any proposed transmission need(s) that it believes are being driven by Public Policy Requirement(s) and for which transmission solutions should be requested and evaluated.

Planning Process means the rolling 6 (six) month planning process conducted by the Licensees each month so as to ensure that the Aggregate Capacity is never exceeded, which process takes account of planned receipts, deliveries and maintenance at the Natcos Facility (amongst other things);
Planning Process means a process, including a process convened and overseen by a planning entity approved by the Department, intended to plan for and result in a Cooperative Agreement.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
