Obligors’ Agent definition

Obligors’ Agent means the Company, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.5 (Obligors’ Agent).
Obligors’ Agent means the Parent, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).

  • In the event of any conflict between any notices or other communications of the Obligors’ Agent and any other Obligor, those of the Obligors’ Agent shall prevail.

  • The Agent shall notify the Obligors’ Agent and the Lenders promptly upon being so satisfied.

  • If the Agent receives such notification from a Lender it shall notify the Obligors’ Agent and that Obligor.
