Name Rights definition

Name Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.
Name Rights. Name Rights means existing and future United States, European and foreign trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and commercial symbols.
Name Rights means, collectively Prime Outlets, Prime and Outlet Village, together with all rights to use such names, and associated and accompanying logos, service marks, and similar design identification marks in connection with the Land and Buildings.

  • Bank shall cease all use of the Name Rights upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason unless Bank retains the Accounts after termination of the Agreement, in which case Bank may use the Name Rights solely in connection with the administration and collection of the balance due on the Accounts.

  • Company shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit the use of any of its Name Rights in any Forms, advertisements or other materials proposed to be used by Bank which Company in its reasonable business judgment deems objectionable, improper or undesirable.

Related to Name Rights

  • Use Rights means, with respect to any licensing program, the use rights or terms of service for each Product and version published for that licensing program at the Volume Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights include the Product-Specific License Terms, the License Model terms, the Universal License Terms, the Data Protection Terms, and the Other Legal Terms. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement (on-screen or otherwise) that accompanies a Product.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Copyright and Similar Rights means copyright and/or similar rights closely related to copyright including, without limitation, performance, broadcast, sound recording, and Sui Generis Database Rights, without regard to how the rights are labeled or categorized. For purposes of this Public License, the rights specified in Section 2(b)(1)­(2) are not Copyright and Similar Rights.

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • Surface Rights means all rights to use the surface of land in connection with the Properties including, without limitation, all rights to enter upon and occupy the surface of land on which the Tangibles and Xxxxx are located and rights to cross or otherwise use the surface of land for access to the Properties;

  • Background IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights (other than Project IPR) belonging to either party before the Commencement Date or not created in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Background Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned, controlled, obtained, or licensed by a Party at any time prior to or after the term of this Agreement, or arising from development of Technology created independently of this Agreement.

  • Technology Rights means BOARD's rights in any technical information, know-how, processes, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulae, protocols, techniques, software, designs, drawings or data created by the inventor(s) listed in Exhibit I at UTMDACC before the EFFECTIVE DATE, which are not claimed in PATENT RIGHTS but that are necessary for practicing PATENT RIGHTS.

  • Public Rights-of-Way means the area on, below, or above a public roadway, highway, street, public sidewalk, alley, waterway, or utility easements dedicated for compatible uses.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Limited rights means the rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose technical data, in whole or in part, within the Government. The Government may not, without the written permission of the party asserting limited rights, release or disclose the technical data outside the Government, use the technical data for manufacture, or authorize the technical data to be used by another party, except that the Government may reproduce, release, or disclose such data or authorize the use or reproduction of the data by persons outside the Government if—

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.
