Material Properties definition

Material Properties means (a) those Mortgaged Properties designated on Schedule 3.12 as Material Properties and (b) each other Mortgaged Property with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.11 after the Restatement Effective Date.

Material Properties means the material mineral properties and projects of the Corporation and Subsidiaries, more particularly set out in Schedule “B” hereto (which schedule is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement), including, without limitation, the material mineral properties known as the Twangiza, Lugushwa, Namoya and Kamituga deposits, and each a “Material Property”;

Material Properties means, collectively, (a) the Lost Creek Property, located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and (b) the Xxxxxxx Basin project, located in Carbon County, Wyoming, as described in the Registration Statement and Prospectus.

Examples of Material Properties in a sentence

The Reports, as of their respective dates, accurately and completely set forth all material facts relating to the Material Properties, and as of the date hereof and the date of the Prospectus, there is no new material scientific or technical information concerning any of the Material Properties not included in the Reports.
Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, all mining operations by the Company and its subsidiaries on the Material Properties have for the past five years been conducted with the exercise of reasonable diligence, skill, care and prudence for mining operations in similar locations under similar circumstances.

Material Properties has the meaning given to it in Section 8(pp);

Material Properties means any real property owned by a Loan Party in fee and acquired after the Third Restatement Date with a fair market value as of the date of acquisition thereof (or, if later, as of the date the relevant owner thereof becomes a Loan Party) in excess of $20,000,000 and designated by the Administrative Agent as a “Material Property.”

Material Properties means the mineral properties described in the Offering Documents as the Maseve Mine or Project 1 located within the Western Limb of the Bushveld Complex of South Africa, the Waterberg joint venture project located on the north limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex and the Waterberg extension project located on the north limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex, adjacent to the Waterberg joint venture project;

Material Properties means the Company’s net investment in any Property which equals 10% or more of the total carrying value of the Company’s real estate portfolio as of the most recently completed quarter.

Material Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).

Material Properties means the Rainy River Property and the New Afton Property and “Material Property” means either of the Material Properties.

Material Properties means, collectively, (a) the Lost Creek Property, located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and (b) the Shirley Basin project, located in Carbon County, Wyoming, as described in the Registration Statement and Prospectus.
