Leave of absence without pay may be granted to tenured Employees who have rendered five (5) years of satisfactory service to the District and who desire to return to employment in a similar capacity at a time mutually consistent with the needs of the District as determined by the Board.
Leave of absence without pay shall be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act for pregnancy and/or parental, including adoption.
