The amount of any net obligation under any Hedge Agreement on any date shall be deemed to be the Hedge Termination Value thereof as of such date.
Schedule 6.29 sets forth a complete and correct list of all Hedging Agreements and Hedging Transactions entered into by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in effect or to be in effect on the Closing Date and on the date of each update thereof required hereunder, the material terms thereof (including the type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes), the Hedge Termination Value thereof, and the counterparty thereto.
