Group 2 Mortgage Loan definition

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-2 hereto.

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan in Loan Group 2.

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as belonging to Loan Group 2.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any breach of a Deemed Material and Adverse Representation with respect to a Group 1 Mortgage Loan or Group 2 Mortgage Loan shall automatically be deemed to materially and adversely affect such Mortgage Loan or the interest of the related Certificateholders therein.

We are entitled to fulfil orders in the form of partial deliveries, which are treated as independent deliveries and must be paid for separately in each case within the periods specified in No. 7.
After such notification to BSMCC and, if any such excess exists, upon receipt of such deposit, the Trustee shall accept such Substitute Mortgage Loan, which shall thereafter be deemed to be a Group 1 Mortgage Loan, Group 2 Mortgage Loan, Group 3 Mortgage Loan or Group 4 Mortgage Loan, as applicable, hereunder.

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-2 hereto. Each Group 2 Mortgage Loan had, as of the Cut-off Date, a Principal Balance that does not conform to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached as Exhibit D-2 hereto. Each Group 2 Mortgage Loan had, as of the Cut-off Date, a Principal Balance that may or may not conform to Xxxxxx Mae guidelines.

Group 2 Mortgage Loan. Each Group 2 Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund on the Closing Date and listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. The aggregate Principal Balance of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date is $538,436,458.68.
