Funding Sources definition

Funding Sources is defined in the Financing Plan.
Funding Sources means the Loan, the Subordinate Loans, the Construction Equity Deposits, and any amounts deposited by the Borrower to keep the Loan In Balance.
Funding Sources is defined in the Financing Plan, and is subject to the limitations on the use of those funds set forth in the Financing Plan.

More Definitions of Funding Sources

Funding Sources is defined in Section 1.2(a)(i). “Governmental Entity” is defined in the DDA.
