Eligible Jurisdiction definition

Eligible Jurisdiction means Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Eligible Jurisdiction means the U.S., the United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, the Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Australia, China and India, or any other country approved by the Facility Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the authority of the City, the County or any other jurisdiction to examine each application for Abatement before it on a case-by-case basis and determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether or not the proposed Facility should be granted Abatement and whether or not it complies with these Guidelines and Criteria, is feasible, and whether or not the proposed Abatement of taxes will inure to the long-term benefit of such Eligible Jurisdiction.

  • Upon receipt of a completed application, the City Manager or County Judge, as the case may be, shall forward a copy of the application to the presiding officer of the governing body of each Eligible Jurisdiction having jurisdiction of the property covered by the application.
