Transmission of a File- until 12:00 p.m. EST (Standard or Daylight) on or after the Effective Entry Date.
The Effective Entry Date for an Entry is the date Merchant intends the Debit or Credit to post to the account of the Customer, as stated in the Entry or File of Entries.
If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.
