Dwelling Units definition

Dwelling Units means the units of multifamily residential rental housing comprising the Project.
Dwelling Units means all residential dwelling units located or to be located on the Land whether those dwelling units are lots, strata lots or parcels, or parts or portions thereof, into which ownership or right of possession or occupation of the Land may be Subdivided (hereinafter defined);
Dwelling Units has the meaning set forth in the Development Guide Agreement.

More Definitions of Dwelling Units

Dwelling Units means the number of taxable developed residential unit(s) assigned to a Parcel, or a portion thereof, by the Administrator.
Dwelling Units means any building or portion thereof that has independent living facilities, including provisions for cooking, sanitation and sleeping, and that is designed for residential occupancy.
Dwelling Units means residential living facilities as distinguished from temporary lodging facilities such as hospitals, hotel and motel rooms and dormitories, and includes single-family residential units and individual apartments, condominium units, mobile homes within mobile home parks, extended care facilities and other multiple-family residential units.
Dwelling Units means any building or any portion thereof which is intended or designed to be used, rented, leased, let or hired out to be occupied and includes independent living facilities including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, sanitation and including accessory structures and improvements. space within a building designated for long-term residential use and which includes cooking and sleeping facilities.
Dwelling Units means a complete building or self-contained portion of a building for the use of one (1) or more individuals living as a single housekeeping unit, containing sleeping, cooking and separate toilet facilities intended as a residence not separated from direct access to the outside by another separate or self-contained set or suite of rooms;
Dwelling Units means any or all, as the context may require, self-contained residential dwelling units within the Development and includes any dwelling unit that is developed on the Lands in future, whether as part of the Development or otherwise, and “Dwelling Unit” means any of such residential dwelling units located on the Lands;
Dwelling Units or “Units” mean Dwelling Units or Units as defined in the Operating Agreement.
