  • This Note is payable from and secured by a lien on and pledge of the Pledged Funds (which pledge and lien have been assigned to the Registered Owner), as defined in and in the manner provided in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Loan Agreement and funds on deposit in the Project Fund, the Liquidity Reserve Fund and Debt Service Fund created under the Agreement.
