Committee for Review definition

Committee for Review means the committee authorized to evaluate bid proposals and submit recommendations. The committee shall consist of one representative from each of the three (3) Townships and the Director of Delaware Knox Marion Morrow (“DKMM”) Solid Waste District.
Committee for Review means the committee composed of the three (3) Boards, or their Board Designees, of Berkshire, Berlin and Delaware Townships in Delaware County, Ohio, authorized to evaluate bid proposals and submit recommendations to the Boards.
