Claims definition

Claims means all actions, suits, claims, demands, investigations and proceedings of any kind, open, pending or threatened, whether mature, unmatured, contingent, known or unknown, at law or in equity, in any forum.
Claims means claims, suits, actions, arbitrations, demands, proceedings, fines, penalties, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysfees and costs), including those based on the injury to or death of any person or damage to property.
Claims is defined in Section 12.3.
