CHESS Approved Securities definition

CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;

CHESS Approved Securities means securities for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the SCH Business Rules;

CHESS Approved Securities means securities of a company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASTC Settlement Rules.

Examples of CHESS Approved Securities in a sentence

If in the exercise of their rights under articles 4.5 (“Power to refuse to register”) and 4.6 (“Obligation to refuse to register”) the Directors request application of a holding lock to prevent a transfer of CHESS Approved Securities or refuse to register a transfer of a security they must give written notice of the request or refusal to the holder of the security, to the transferee and the broker lodging the transfer, if any.
Westpac SFIs will be CHESS Approved Securities in accordance with the ASX Operating Rules and the ASX Settlement Operating Rules.

CHESS Approved Securities means securities approved by ACH and ASTC in accordance with the ACH Clearing Rules and the ASTC Settlement Rules;

CHESS Approved Securities means securities approved under the ASX Settlement Operating Rules to participate in CHESS;
