Chattel Paper definition

Chattel Paper means any “chattel paper,” as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower or in which Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.
Chattel Paper means chattel paper (as that term is defined in the Code), and includes tangible chattel paper and electronic chattel paper.
Chattel Paper means all “chattel paper” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC, including, without limitation, “electronic chattel paper” or “tangible chattel paper”, as each term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC.

Chattel Paper shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 of the UCC.
