Category 1 definition

Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.
Category 1 means a DG facility of 20 kW or less.
Category 1 has the meaning set forth in Section N of the BioMAT Tariff. “Category 2 (Dairy)” has the meaning set forth in Section N of the BioMAT Tariff.

Examples of Category 1 in a sentence

  • If DB Contractor fails to properly identify and timely address the hazard mitigation for a Category 1 Defect as described in Section 9.4.5 of the CMA Specification, then notwithstanding that the affected travel lane(s) remain open to traffic TxDOT shall have the right to assess a Lane Rental Charge for a Lane Closure for the relevant travel lane until the hazard to Users has been mitigated.

  • If the Contractor has more than one disposal line available for the provision of the Services, it may be possible to continue with Daily Routine Work at the same time - this will only be possible if the disposal line used to process Category 1 or 2 Waste Materials is completely separate and bio secure, including separate dedicated entrances and exits to and from the Disposal Facility.

More Definitions of Category 1

Category 1 means a potential “go/no-go” issue that, if not resolved in an acceptable fashion, may preclude the Respondent from submitting an SOQ;
