In exercising its discretion under this Section 6.02(c), the Board of Managers shall take into account future Regulatory Allocations that, although not yet made, are likely to offset other Regulatory Allocations previously made.
Subject to the direction of the board or committee of Board of Managers of the Company (the "Board") or its designee, the Employee shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and its affiliated subsidiaries listed on Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the "Company Entities").
