BCDR Plan definition

BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.

  • The Supplier shall provide to CCS a copy of any updated or revised BCDR Plan within fourteen (14) Business Days of any material update or revision to the BCDR Plan.

  • The BCDR Plan shall be established and maintained in accordance with the principles and operation of ISO22301 and any applicable new, emergent or updated standards.

  • Should the Supplier not incorporate any suggestion made by CCS into such BCDR Plan it will explain the reasons for not doing so to CCS.

  • The Supplier shall test its BCDR Plan at reasonable intervals, and in any event no less than once every twelve (12) months or such other period as may be agreed between the Parties taking into account the criticality of this Framework Contract to Buyers and the size and scope of the Supplier’s business operations.

More Definitions of BCDR Plan

BCDR Plan means the Supplier’s plan relating to business continuity and disaster recovery as referred to in Clause 10 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) and Schedule 9 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
BCDR Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 1 of Schedule 17 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), as may be amended from time to time.
BCDR Plan any plan [prepared pursuant to schedule 2 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions)/set out in schedule 2 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions)], as may be amended from time to time;
BCDR Plan means any plan relating to business continuity and disaster recovery as referred to in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form
BCDR Plan means any plan relating to business continuity and disaster recovery as referred to in the Master Contract Schedule and/or any other Contract Document;
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2-14. Breach of Security means in accordance with the security requirements in Schedule 2-2 and the Security Policy, the occurrence of (a) any unauthorised access to or use of the Ordered IT Products, the CUSTOMER Premises, the Sites, the CONTRACTOR System and/or any ICT, information or data (including the Confidential Information and the CUSTOMER Data) used by the CUSTOMER and/or the CONTRACTOR in connection with this Contract; and/or (b) the loss and/or unauthorised disclosure of any information or data (including the Confidential Information and the CUSTOMER Data), including any copies of such information or data, used by the CUSTOMER and/or the CONTRACTOR in connection with this Contract.
