Basic Rent Payment Date means Basic Rent Payment Date as defined in Paragraph 6.

Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

Examples of Basic Rent Payment Date in a sentence

  • Each payment of Basic Rent shall be made to Landlord (or one or more other Persons as Landlord may designate) on each Basic Rent Payment Date, without offset, abatement or deduction, pursuant to Subparagraph (b) below.
