The time to appeal from approval of the Settlement shall commence upon the Court’s entry of the Final Approval Order regardless of whether or not either the Plan of Allocation or an application for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses has been submitted to the Court or resolved.
The Notice shall require that any Objection to the Settlement, or any part of this Agreement, including Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, the Class Representatives’ Service Awards, or the Plan of Allocation be in writing.
Any Class Member who does not object in the manner provided herein shall be deemed to have waived such Objection and shall forever be foreclosed from making any Objection to the fairness or adequacy of the proposed Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, the Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, or to any Service Award, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
