Aircraft definition

Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

Aircraft. Means each of the New Aircraft or Substitute Aircraft in respect of which a Participation Agreement is entered into in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement.

Aircraft means, with respect to each Indenture, the “Aircraft” referred to therein.

More Definitions of Aircraft

Aircraft means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-10-102.

The term “Aircraft” includes any Replacement Aircraft.

Aircraft means any contrivance used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air.

Aircraft means, collectively, the Airframe and Engines.
