Agreement Administration shall continue to formally inspect and accept the deliverables/milestones. To the maximum extent practicable, the AOR shall review the deliverable(s)/milestone report(s) and either: 1) provide a written notice of rejection to the Performer which includes feedback regarding deficiencies requiring correction, or 2) written notice of acceptance to the DARPA PM and AO. • Acceptance within the WAWF system shall be performed by the AOR upon receipt of a confirmation email, or other form of transmittal, from the AOR. • The Performer shall send an email notice to the AOR and upload the AOR approval as an attachment upon submission of an invoice in WAWF (this can be done from within WAWF). • Payments shall be made by DFAS-(Columbus Center, North Entitlement Center) DODAAC: HQ0337 • The Performer agrees, when entering invoices entered in WAWF to utilize the CLINs associated with each milestone as delineated at Attachment 2.
