Agent Payment Account definition

Agent Payment Account means account no. 37235547964501150 of Administrative Agent at Xxxxx Fargo, or such other account of Administrative Agent as Administrative Agent may from time to time designate to Lead Borrower as the Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Agent Payment Account means the account of the Administrative Agent set forth on Schedule 9.01(b) or such other account of the Administrative Agent as the Administrative Agent may from time to time designate to the Borrower as the Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Examples of Agent Payment Account in a sentence

Such payments in respect of the Obligations and cash collateral shall be remitted by wire transfer in Federal funds to the Agent Payment Account or such other bank account of Agent, as Agent may, in its discretion, designate in writing to Administrative Borrower for such purpose.
