THE LEASED PREMISES. (a) The property hereby leased to the Tenant is the tract or tracts of land (hereinafter referred to as the "LAND") situated in the City of Dallas, County of Dallas, and State of Texas more particularly described in SCHEDULE "A" annexed hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with the buildings and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "IMPROVEMENTS"). The Land and Improvements leased hereunder together with all appurtenances thereto, hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "LEASED PREMISES", are demised and let subject to (a) the rights of any parties in possession thereof and the existing state of the title thereof as of the commencement of the term of this Lease, (b) any state of facts which an accurate survey or physical inspection thereof might show, (c) all zoning regulations, restrictions, rules and ordinances, building restrictions and other laws and regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted by any governmental authority having jurisdiction and (d) with respect to the Improvements, their condition as of the commencement of the term of this Lease, without representation or warranty by Landlord. Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has examined the title to and the physical condition of the Leased Premises prior to the execution and delivery of this Lease and has found the same to be satisfactory for all purposes hereof, and Tenant accepts the title and condition of the Leased Premises in their respective, present condition "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS". Landlord makes no representation or warranty with respect to the condition of the Leased Premises or its fitness or availability for any particular use, and Landlord shall not be liable for any latent or patent defect therein.
THE LEASED PREMISES. The School District hereby leases unto the City, and the City hereby leases from the School District, the Leased Premises. The Leased Premises are depicted on the attached Exhibit A.
THE LEASED PREMISES. In consideration of the rent and the covenants and agreements hereinafter made on the part of the Tenant to be paid, observed, and performed, the Landlord has demised and leased and by these presents does demise and lease to the Tenant, the Leased Premises described on the Lease Agreement Facing Page attached hereto and outlined in Rider #3 the Tenant Premises attached hereto and forming a part hereof, but excluding therefrom any part of the exterior face of the Building, together with the right of the Tenant, in common with the Landlord, its other tenants, subtenants, and invitees thereof, to the nonexclusive use of the Building grounds and parking area.
THE LEASED PREMISES. The Landlord leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant leases from the Landlord, the Leased Premises, to have and to hold for the Term, unless sooner terminated by the Landlord pursuant to this Lease.
THE LEASED PREMISES. Pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof, LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE, and LESSEE hereby leases from LESSOR, the property hereinafter referred to as "the Leased Premises,” described as: A tract of land identified as Lot _ on a map entitled "Hangar Area Lots, , dated __ _ _ _ _ __, prepared by _ _ _ _ _ _ , said map being attached hereto and made a part hereof, said Lot _ _ being identified thereon, together with any and all buildings and improvements thereon. The LESSEE covenants it has fully inspected the Leased Premises, is fully aware of the physical condition of the Leased Premises and hereby accepts the Leased Premises (including but not limited to all buildings, improvements, equipment and systems situated thereon), in their present condition, as fully suitable for the purpose for which they are leased.
THE LEASED PREMISES. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the "Leased Premises" which consists of "Tenant's Office Space" and "Common Areas" as defined below.
(a) Tenant's Office Space. "Tenant's Office Space", to which Tenant shall have exclusive use rights, consists of Suite(s) 200-N, representing the office space outlined and shaded on the floor plan contained in Exhibit A. Such space is located in a building on a tract of real property, legally described by lot and block in Exhibit B. The street address of the building is 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000.
(b) Common Areas. The "common area", to which Tenant shall have non-exclusive use rights, consists of (1) the interior common area located in the above described building, i.e., areas normally accessible to tenants such as the hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby, restrooms, and snack bar areas, and (2) the exterior common area located outside the building on the above described land, i.e., loading areas, sidewalks, driveways, parking garage, parking areas, and other open areas (if any), subject to paragraph 9.2 on parking.
THE LEASED PREMISES. Unit No: with the following dimensions X , situated in XXXX STORAGE at XXXX BUSINESS PARK,103 Stockville Road, Westmead.
THE LEASED PREMISES. The Leased Premises is a portion of Landlord’s Property. The Leased Premises measures approximately acres, and is shown as on a plan entitled . Lease Exhibit.
THE LEASED PREMISES. The Lessor hereby lets to the Occupant who hires the premises namely: Covered parking bay inside the Xxxxx Airport Business Park Situated in No 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxx ,Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Bitou Municipal Area on the terms and conditions set out herein.
THE LEASED PREMISES. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor the “Leased Premises” which consists of “Lessee’s Office Space” and “Common Areas” as defined below.
(a) Lessee’s Office Space. “Lessee’s Office Space”, to which Lessee shall have exclusive use rights, consists of suite(s) Specified in Basic Lease Information #3, representing the office space outlined and shaded on the floor plan contained in Exhibit A. Such space is located in the building on a tract of land, legally described by lot and block or metes and bounds in Exhibit B. The street address of the building is Specified in Basic Lease Information #1.
