Remit. The CHDP will hear, and, adjudicate upon disputes over eligibility for, or funding, (including joint funding), of Continuing Healthcare, and/or Funded Nursing Care, where the dispute is between the parties to this agreement. It will not deal with matters relating to individuals who may be in dispute with any of the parties, or disputes between Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Remit. The Management Committee will be responsible for management of policy and operational issues associated with membership of the Parties and delivery of the MAGIC service to partners. The Management Committee can create task oriented committees and to plan for management succession . The Management Committee will prepare annual management plans for approval by the Academic Steering Committee. The plan would contain review of the past year, financial reporting and medium to long term plan.

Remit. At the request of the parties at an enterprise, the organisations shall provide advice and guidance on the establishment of workplace cooperation bodies and the further development of said bodies as appropriate means for cooperation at the enterprise. Through information, training and sharing their experiences, the organisations shall jointly disseminate knowledge about the Basic Agreement provisions on workplace cooperation and on how the Agreement can contribute to developing the enterprise. The parties especially emphasise the importance that smaller enterprises and their employees also benefit from the work of the Joint Actions.

Remit. The Task Force will: a. Promote and facilitate implementation of relevant decisions and plans adopted in the framework of MEAs or other frameworks; b. Set priorities for its actions and implement them; c. Assist in resource mobilization for priority actions; d. Monitor the implementation of the relevant decisions and plans and their effectiveness and submit progress reports to the governing bodies of the participating MEAs; e. Stimulate internal and external communication and exchange of information, experience, best practice and know-how; and f. Strengthen regional and international networks.

Remit. The Officer Working Group will have specific responsibility for the following tasks: 1 Due diligence on, procurement, and selection of external investment management arrangements by the Pooling Partners and reporting outcomes to the Joint Governance Committee.

Remit. To provide strategic management and decision making at the Project and work stream level. The Joint Project Board will also provide a mechanism for both information dissemination to the Partner Authorities and input back in to the Joint Project Board from Partner Authorities.
