Pay and Benefits. An employee involved in a return to work program will receive pay and benefits as set out below. Employees participating in a return to work program for fifteen (15) hours or more per week are entitled to all the benefits of the agreement, on a proportionate basis, except for medical, extended health and dental plan coverage, which shall be paid in accordance with Article 38. Wage entitlement, when participating in the program, will be consistent with the terms of the agreement and are outlined below:

4.3 交通津貼:甲方或丙方補助乙方自護照國居住地、前工作地或家人所在地之最近機場來臺及離臺經濟艙機票各1次。 Party A or Party C will subsidize Party B one economy class ticket for coming to Taiwan from the nearest airport from his/her location in the passport issuing country, city where he/she worked at or his/her family is residing and one ticket for returning to the foregoing location. 若乙方履行契約內所有責任與義務,無論聘僱期間是否達6個月,甲方或丙方應補助乙方回程機票;若乙方因故提前終止契約,且服務未滿6個月,則不予補助乙方回程機票。 If Party B fulfills all duties and obligations as stated in the Contract, Party A shall pay the expense of the return trip for Party B. Pay and Benefits. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
Pay and Benefits. 4.1 With effect from 1 November 2000 you will be paid salary at the rate of £175,000 per annum, payable in arrears at the end of each month (or, at the discretion of the Company, earlier). 4.3 At the discretion of the Company, you may be invited to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Scheme and any other incentive schemes that the Company may establish. Subject to meeting the Company’s eligibility criteria you will be able to participate in the Company’s Sharesave Scheme. At the discretion of the Company, you will be provided with a car and you will have the opportunity of participating in the Company’s accident, private medical insurance and financial counselling schemes. The Company may amend, suspend or terminate these schemes or any parts thereof at any time. Membership of such schemes is subject to and in accordance with the rules of the relevant scheme.
4.4 You will be entitled to remain a member of the BG Group Pension Scheme, A contracting out certificate is in force in respect of your employment, Membership of the scheme is subject to and in accordance with the rules of the scheme.
4.5 You will be entitled, in addition to Public and Bank Holidays, to 28 days holidays in every year at times agreed with the Company.
4.6 If are absent from work as a result of sickness or injury you shall be entitled to sick pay in accordance with the rules of the prevailing Company sick pay scheme. You will, at the request and expense of the Company, undergo, from time to time, a medical examination. The medical adviser may, at his/her sole discretion, disclose the result of the examination to the Company.
4.7 The Company will reimburse you with the amount of all reasonable hotel, travelling and other expenses properly and necessarily incurred in the performance of your duties. You will make...
Pay and Benefits a. The Agency shall continue to pay base salary and benefits, which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time, consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall remain eligible for any pay or accrual increases consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist.
b. The Agency shall place the Contract Specialist on leave with pay for the duration of the assignment. The calculation of seniority shall be consistent with the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
c. Contract Specialists shall submit monthly timesheets, which shall be signed and verified by the Executive Director or designee of the Union. All leave taken, regardless of type, must be clearly identified. Time missed due to any “on the job” injury is the responsibility of the Union.
d. Where the Union has a designated Contract Specialist, the Agency shall pay up to eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) a year for the Contract Specialist’s base salary. Any salary costs above eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) a year shall be paid by the Union by reimbursing the Agency using Agency established policies and procedures for reimbursement.
e. The Agency shall not be liable for any overtime costs while the Contract Specialist is on assignment with the Union.

Employees participating in a return to work program for fourteen point four (14.4) hours or more per week) are entitled to all the benefits of the agreement, on a proportionate basis, except for medical, extended health and dental plan coverage, which shall be paid in accordance with Article 15 of the Collective Agreement. Wage entitlement, when participating in the program, will be consistent with the terms of the agreement and are outlined below:
(a) Employees who have no accumulated sick leave credits and who have been granted an unpaid sick leave and/or who are awaiting acceptance of an LTD claim: Receive pay and appropriate premiums for all hours worked in the program, medical, dental, extended health coverage, group life and LTD premiums and superannuation payments are reinstated on commencement of the program and all other benefits are implemented when working fourteen point four (14.4) hours or more per week.
(b) Employees in receipt of LTD benefits: These employees are considered disabled and under treatment. These employees receive pay for all hours worked. The LTD plan will pay for hours not worked at two-thirds (2/3) of current salary. Benefits will be reinstated in the same manner as set out in (a) above except Group Life and Long Term Disability Insurance Plan premiums may continue to be waived as outlined in the Group Life and Long Term Disability Insurance Plans.
Pay and Benefits. Unless otherwise required by law or otherwise required by this Agreement, leaves of absence under this Article and Agreement shall be unpaid. Employees on leaves of absence other than Union leaves of absence shall be eligible to continue to participate in the Employer’s insurance and benefits plans in accordance with the terms and conditions of those plans.
