Installation and Configuration. The Supplier shall install and configure the hosting equipment to provide access to the Software.
Installation and Configuration. 3.1 Wholesaler shall be responsible for arranging the installation, configuration, training, and porting management for the Products and Services in one of four (4) ways:
1) Contracting with a Certified Installer to perform the installation and configuration changes;
2) Contracting with Sangoma Partner Services to perform the installation and configuration changes, if available through the Quoting Tools;
3) If Wholesaler is a Certified Installer, it may may perform the installation and configuration changes; or
4) The Subscriber can complete the installation, where there are applicable remote installation instructions and requirements, if available through the Quoting Tools.
3.2 If Sangoma is selected for installation, the Quoting Tools will compute an installation fee covering installation, configuration, training, provisioning, and porting-related costs applicable to that deal. Sangoma’s designated Certified Installer will be responsible for the installation and configuration of the Products and Services at the identified Location.
Installation and Configuration. 5.1 The Products shall be installed and configured by Wachovia, with the assistance or supervision of Corillian, or its agents.
5.2 Client shall make available computer equipment and software configurations approved by Corillian as adequate to facilitate the installation and implementation of the Products.
5.3 Installation of Product Components shall be in accordance with the Project Deliverables Schedule, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and according to such time frames as may be mutually agreed by the parties.
5.4 Client agrees to install, with Corillian's assistance, all product updates, which support the features and functions described in Exhibit 1.
Installation and Configuration. The customer is responsible for the installation and configuration of the VirtualMetric Software on their own hardware infrastructure. This includes providing the necessary computing resources, such as servers and storage, as well as setting up the software according to VirtualMetric’s guidelines.

Scholastic will install and configure the Software and Services on the Hosting Environment (as defined below), and Scholastic will host the Software and any Customer Materials used in conjunction with the Services for Customer using the Hosting Environment (as defined below). After Customer has accepted this Agreement, or executed and submitted the Cover Sheet, and applicable purchase order(s) to Scholastic, Scholastic will begin such installation and configuration in accordance with a mutually agreed upon schedule.

Customer shall grant MSI access to the location at which the Equipment is installed during regular business hours for the period of time required for such installation and configuration. Upon completion of installation and configuration, MSI shall notify Customer that installation and configuration of the Base Code has been completed. Upon completion of the installation and configuration of the Base Code, Customer shall verify that the Base Code has been successfully installed and configured and execute the "Acceptance Form" attached to this Agreement as Appendix A. Customer shall have thirty (30) days to notify MSI in writing of any defect or error related to the installation and configuration of the Base Code, and MSI shall re- perform installation, configuration and testing of the Base Code on the Equipment at no additional cost to Customer. If Customer requires MSI to re-install, re-configure or provide maintenance and support services related to the Base Code as a result of modifications made to the Base Code by Customer, such services shall be performed at MSI's then current professional services rates.

OPIE will install and configure the Software on the Hosting Environment (as defined below), and OPIE will host the Software and any Service Deliverables or Customer Materials used in conjunction with the Software using the Hosting Environment. OPIE will begin such installation and configuration following Customer’s request to do so. An email request sent to the project manager assigned to Customer is acceptable to initiate the installation and configuration of Customer’s Hosting Environment.
Installation and Configuration. 2.1. The Contractor will procure, install and configure the hosting equipment for the Software. This includes the installation of system components, internet connectivity, back-up and disaster recovery capability, operational resilience and security software, installation and configuration of the Software.

You understand and agree that the Third Party Leased Software is part of the Services and must be installed and configured on Active Computers for such computers to receive the benefit of such software. You authorize Right Networks to install and configure the Third Party Leased Software and install such further software updates as Right Networks deems commercially reasonable in its sole discretion. You understand and agree that any time new software is installed and configured, it may have unintended interactions with the computer’s operating system and/or other software applications accessible on such machine. Right Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts in each case to install and configure Third Party Leased Software on your Active Computers without causing unintended disruption and to troubleshoot any adverse interactions that may arise, however Right Networks does not guarantee that any installation or configuration of any Third Party Leased Software will be error free. Right Networks reserves the right to change the Services or add, remove or modify any particular Third Party Leased Software provided as part of the Service at any time, with or without notice to you. Third Party Leased Software is specific to the Active Computer on which it is installed and may not be transferred to another computer except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
