Expenses of Administrative Agent. Borrowers agree to pay on demand all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment, including, without limitation, the costs and fees of legal counsel to Administrative Agent.
