Business Requirements. I will preserve and maintain my present existence and good standing in the jurisdiction where I am organized and all of my rights, privileges and franchises. I will do all that is needed or required to continue my business or activities as presently conducted, by obtaining licenses, permits and bonds everywhere I engage in business or activities or own, lease or locate my property. I will obtain your prior written consent before I cease my business or before I engage in any new line of business that is materially different from my present business.

Business Requirements. Normal handling statements can be printed, processed and mailed directly to the recipient. • All special handling statements are printed and returned to Symetra for manual processing and mailing. • Special request statements are manually processed by Symetra and must be completed by 8:00 AM the following Business Day. This may require local printing. • Proof of mailing is required. Customer statements are archived in AFP format. The files are stored on tape, with the past 18 months also stored on DASD and available for on-line viewing. Direct access is provided to customer service representatives (CSR) and indirect access is also provided through a web-based application for customers, agents and CSR’s. The stored AFP document is converted to a PDF on the fly for convenient handling and viewing.
